Set your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with butter and toss in some flour, or hit it with nonstick spray.

Combine the egg, brown sugar, white sugar, coconut oil, sour cream, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix in the bananas, then gently stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.

Blend the egg, cream cheese, sugar, and flour together until smooth and creamy.

Fill your pan with most of the banana batter, pour the cream cheese mixture over it, then top it off with the rest of the banana batter.

Cook for 48–50 minutes, until it's firm and golden. If it browns quickly, cover it lightly with foil after 30 minutes.
