Cheesecake Banana Bread (Print)

Moist banana bread with sweet cream cheese inside. Simple to bake and tastes amazing.

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Bread Mixture

01 - 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
02 - 1 cup overripe bananas, mashed (roughly 2 bananas)
03 - Pinch of salt (optional)
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
06 - 1/4 cup white sugar
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 cup plain flour
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
10 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
11 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

→ Cheesecake Stuffing

12 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
13 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
14 - 1 large egg
15 - 3 tablespoons plain flour

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with butter and toss in some flour, or hit it with nonstick spray.
02 - Combine the egg, brown sugar, white sugar, coconut oil, sour cream, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix in the bananas, then gently stir in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.
03 - Blend the egg, cream cheese, sugar, and flour together until smooth and creamy.
04 - Fill your pan with most of the banana batter, pour the cream cheese mixture over it, then top it off with the rest of the banana batter.
05 - Cook for 48–50 minutes, until it's firm and golden. If it browns quickly, cover it lightly with foil after 30 minutes.
