Quick Baked Oats (Print)

Strawberry jam-filled baked oats topped like a donut, made for one serving.

# Ingredients:

→ Oat Base

01 - 1 Egg
02 - ½ Cup Rolled Oats
03 - 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
04 - 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
05 - ½ Cup Almond Milk
06 - ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
07 - ½ Ripe Banana
08 - ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder

→ Berry Filling

09 - 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
10 - 5 Strawberries

→ Sugar Topping

11 - 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
12 - ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and grease a small oven-safe dish or mug.
02 - Throw all the oat ingredients into a blender. Keep blending until it looks smooth. Pour enough to half-fill your mug or dish.
03 - Pop your strawberries and chia seeds into the microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Mash them up and wait 2 minutes while it thickens.
04 - Spoon the berry mix onto the batter in the mug, then pour the rest of the oat mix on top.
05 - Combine cinnamon and coconut sugar. Sprinkle over the top layer.
06 - Stick it in the oven for 25 minutes. Once it puffs up and has a fluffy texture, serve it warm.
