Cover chicken with plastic wrap and flatten thick ends with a meat mallet or rolling pin until even thickness.

Place chicken in a 9x13" baking dish with space between pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Whisk together honey, broth, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, salt, corn starch, and optional pepper flakes.

Pour sauce over chicken and bake 10-12 minutes more until chicken reaches 165°F. Let rest covered for 10 minutes before serving.
