Chicken Bacon Alfredo (Print)

This flavorful pizza uses a cheddar bay biscuit crust, topped with alfredo, chicken, crispy bacon, and plenty of cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ Crust Base

01 - 11.36 oz Packet of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix from Red Lobster
02 - Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 3/4 cup ice-cold water
04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil to help spread the dough out
05 - 4 tablespoons of butter

→ Topping Choices

06 - 8 oz of chicken (skinless thighs or breasts)
07 - 1 or 2 tablespoons of Kinders Blackened Spice Blend
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 8 oz of crispy bacon, crumbled after cooking
10 - 14.5 oz jar of Alfredo sauce (use about half)
11 - 3 to 4 cups of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - A sprinkle of dried parsley flakes for a final flourish

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 425°F and let it warm up.
02 - Stir the biscuit mix with cheese and water in a bowl. Prepare a 10x15 baking sheet by spraying it or lining it with a sheet of parchment paper.
03 - Coat your hands with olive oil and press the dough onto the baking sheet. Use more oil on your hands if needed. Bake the crust for around 10 minutes to set it up.
04 - Sprinkle the Kinders seasoning on the chicken. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until done. Let it cool slightly, then cut into small, bite-sized chunks.
05 - Mix the biscuit seasoning packet with the melted butter and brush it on the baked crust. Spread Alfredo sauce on top, sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella, layer with chicken and bacon, and finish with the rest of the mozzarella.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese turns bubbly and golden. Enjoy while it’s warm!

# Notes:

01 - A single packet of biscuit mix covers the crust.
02 - You’ll only use half a jar of Alfredo sauce for this.
