# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of heavy cream
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 6 strips of bacon, crumbled after cooking
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 lb of ground beef
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 12 oz of penne pasta

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

08 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
10 - Salt and pepper to your liking
11 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

→ Fats & Garnish

12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - A sprinkle of chopped parsley (optional)
14 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

# Steps:

01 - Fill a big pot with water, add salt, and bring it to boil. Toss in the penne and cook till it's firm yet tender based on the package directions. Drain it afterward and keep it aside.
02 - In a large pan, warm up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef along with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and some salt and pepper. Cook until it's nicely browned and cooked all the way through. Take the beef out and leave it aside for later.
03 - Using the same pan, melt butter on medium heat. Pour in the cream and let it gently bubble. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese, whisking often until the sauce turns smooth.
04 - Mix the pasta into the pan with the Alfredo sauce so it's evenly coated. Add the browned beef, crumbled bacon, and the shredded cheeses (cheddar and mozzarella). Stir until everything combines and the cheeses are melted.

# Notes:

01 - Ground turkey or chicken can replace beef if preferred.
02 - For extra richness, toss in some cream cheese.
03 - Tweak the cheese portions to fit your taste.
