Cinnamon Bread Loaf (Print)

This fluffy loaf uses applesauce and cozy spices for delightful flavor. Perfect for breakfast or as a quick snack that everyone enjoys.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups of plain applesauce.
02 - 3/4 cup of granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup of oil (vegetable works well).
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 3 tablespoons of regular milk.
06 - 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix.
12 - Just 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven at 350°F. Lightly grease a standard 9x5 pan with butter or cooking spray.
02 - Grab a bowl and whisk the applesauce, sugar, milk, eggs, and oil until the mixture looks smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, toss in flour, spices, salt, baking soda, and powder. Stir just enough to get it all together - no need to overdo it.
04 - Fill your loaf pan with the batter. Bake around 60 minutes for one big loaf. For mini pans, let them go for about 30 minutes.
05 - Poke the center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, you're good to go! Let it sit to cool a bit before slicing in.

# Notes:

01 - Store wrapped tightly, and it'll keep fresh for 3 days at room temp.
02 - Feel free to use sweetened or unsweetened applesauce - both work great!
