Flipped Apple Pastries (Print)

Caramelized apple pastries baked with puff pastry and honey, made super easily with basic staples.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small egg for brushing.
02 - 1 puff pastry sheet, sliced into 8 pieces.
03 - 6 tablespoons of honey.
04 - 2 apples, cut into thin slices.
05 - Some powdered sugar to sprinkle on top.

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and slice your apples very thin.
02 - On parchment paper, lay out honey and apples, then cover with pastry pieces.
03 - Coat with egg wash, pop them into the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Let them cool, flip if necessary, sprinkle sugar, and bake briefly again if needed.
