Alfredo Chicken Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough & Toppings

01 - 12.4 oz (1 can) Pillsbury pizza crust, classic style
02 - Crisply cooked bacon strips, about 8
03 - Rotisserie chicken, diced, 2 cups
04 - Shredded mozzarella, 2.5 cups

→ Creamy Alfredo Mix

05 - 1 stick (8 tablespoons) of butter
06 - Minced garlic cloves, 6
07 - Heavy cream, 2.5 cups
08 - Grated parmesan, ¾ cup
09 - A pinch or two of red chili flakes (1-2 teaspoons)
10 - Pepper and salt to adjust flavor

→ Garlic Butter Mix

11 - Butter, 6 tablespoons
12 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
13 - Freshly chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons
14 - Parmesan cheese, grated, ¼ cup
15 - Optional: A sprinkle of chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Warm butter (1 stick) in a pan over medium-low heat until melted. Toss in garlic and stir it around for a minute. Gradually add cream while whisking. Let it bubble gently for 5 minutes. Mix in parmesan and continue whisking until it’s smooth. Cook a couple more minutes until thickened. Add salt, pepper, and some red chili flakes if you like spice.
02 - Pop your oven on at 425°F (or 400°F if the crust is thin). Melt butter (6 tablespoons) along with 3 minced garlic cloves in the microwave until halfway melted. Use the butter mix to coat the muffin cups. Toss parsley, parmesan, and chili flakes into the rest of the butter.
03 - Spread out the pizza dough into a big rectangle, about 10x15 inches. Use a glass or cutter to make 12 dough circles. Gently fit each piece into the muffin tin, pressing it along the walls.
04 - Start by putting a little cheese in the bottom of each dough cup. Follow up with cooked chicken, your homemade Alfredo sauce, crispy bacon bits, and finish with a heavy layer of mozzarella on top.
05 - Put it in the oven for about 10-14 minutes, making sure to rotate the tin halfway through. As soon as they’re done, brush the tops with that leftover garlic butter. Enjoy them with extra Alfredo on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the Alfredo sauce up to three days early and stash it in the fridge.
02 - For a thin pizza crust, lower the oven temperature to 400°F.
03 - Be sure to mince enough garlic for both the sauce and the butter!
