Golden and crisp outside, soft inside gnocchi made fast and easy in the air fryer, done in 15 minutes!

# Ingredients:

→ Key Components

01 - 1-2 tbsp of high-quality olive oil
02 - 1 lb of gnocchi (frozen, refrigerated, or shelf-stable)
03 - 1/2 tsp of salt
04 - 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp of black pepper
06 - 2-3 tbsp of parmesan cheese, freshly grated

# Steps:

01 - Get your air fryer heated to 390°F and spray a light coat of olive oil on the basket to prevent sticking.
02 - In a big bowl, mix gnocchi with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan. Keep frozen gnocchi as-is—no need to defrost.
03 - If you're using gnocchi from the fridge or pantry: Air fry at 390°F for 11 to 14 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes until they're golden and crisp.
04 - If your gnocchi is frozen: Air fry at 390°F for 13 to 16 minutes, making sure to shake the basket every 4 or 5 minutes to ensure everything cooks evenly and crisps up beautifully.
05 - Serve right away, sprinkle on more parmesan and some parsley if you'd like. Perfect as a side, or pair up with pesto or marinara for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any variety of gnocchi—potato, sweet potato, or even cauliflower.
02 - Enjoy this while it's warm for the best crunchy texture.
03 - Swap parmesan with nutritional yeast to make it suitable for a vegan diet.
